If you are successfully registered and verified under PM Shehbaz Fuel Relief Scheme , next step is to get subsidized petrol. You need to get token first. Open your mobile ” Message” App , type ” TOK” and send it to 9771.

Soon after sending text , you will receive an SMS containing a token number( 10 digits). Visit the participating petrol pump and show this token number to the attendant. They will enter token number with your vehicle registration number into a verification App. It will give you Rs100-per-litre discount and automatically update in your record.
9771 Token Validity
The 9771 Fuel Relief token remain active for 10 days. After that , you need to request new token. Make it sure that , you must use token within 10 days.

What Is the PM Fuel Relief Scheme?
The PM Fuel Relief Scheme is a targeted fuel subsidy program announced by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, offering an instant discount of Rs100 per litre on petrol for motorcycles, rickshaws, Qingqi/Chingchi three-wheelers, and small cars up to 800cc. The main focus of this scheme is to give assistance to middle and low-income to tackle with increasing fuel prices.
There is no manual application process. The scheme is linked with NADRA and Provincial Excise & Taxation department. One applicant enter his data , it will automatically verified from both systems.
There is monthly quota for each category. Either you reach the maximum amount or fuel quantity. Check quota detail for each category in below table.

Key registration Rules
- The mobile SIM must be registered in the applicant’s own name/CNIC.
- Vehicle and CNIC data are automatically cross-checked against NADRA and provincial transport records.
- A standard SMS charge (around Rs1.25 plus tax) applies to each message. But it subject to your network operator
- One CNIC can be linked to only one vehicle, and one vehicle can be claimed by only one CNIC, preventing duplicate or fraudulent claims.
Once verification succeeds, the applicant receives a confirmation SMS, and registration never needs to be repeated.
